Training and nutrition are the two primary levers I use to target your health journey, because they influence everything: your energy levels, recovery, digestion, sleep quality, stress resilience, and how your body processes fuel.

On the training side, I prioritize movement patterns that build strength, mobility, and longevity. Programs are designed around your individual needs, limitations, and goals, with an emphasis on proper mechanics, body awareness, and function. The goal isn't perfection in the gym; it's confidence and ease in everyday life, supported by a body that moves well and recovers better.

On the nutrition side, I take a functional approach rooted in education, not restriction. Rather than rigid rules, we explore how specific foods and eating patterns impact your body's systems: your energy, digestion, blood sugar stability, inflammation, and recovery.

This call is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about my services, and make sure we're the right fit to work together. There's no pressure, just a clear, honest starting point.
Comprehensive Assessment

This call is a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle, and daily habits. We'll explore your nutrition patterns, relevant lab and physician insights, your relationship with movement, and the functional demands of your daily life, including any pain, past injuries, or physical limitations. Drawing on principles of functional nutrition and movement, the goal is to gain full clarity on where you are now so we can build a personalized, realistic plan that supports your long-term vitality, resilience, and health.
Resistance Training
Personalized for your body
Resistance training programs are built entirely around your individual starting point. During our assessment, we discuss any pain, movement limitations, training history, available equipment, and how much time you can realistically commit each week. Programs are never one-size-fits-all and are designed to evolve with you over time. Your personalized 6-week program is delivered through an app, complete with exercise demonstrations and technique guidance.
Nutrion Coaching
Guidance and Support
Following the detailed assessment of your habits and health. I then develop personalized dietary principles and educational materials specific to your needs. Our 1-hour consultation brings this together—we discuss your plan and address your questions. From there, we work through specialized topics based on what matters most to you: food quality, meal strategies, movement, and more.

My consultation process involves an initial assessment to understand your health goals and concerns. I then create a customized plan to address your specific needs and guide you towards holistic wellbeing.
Program Duration and Results
The duration of each resistance training programs is 6-weeks based on the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Results are typically noticeable within a few weeks, but long-term benefits are achieved through consistent dedication and adherence to the program.

For nutrition, the program is more on a consultation approach, which includes the full comprehensive assessment call, a consultation call of 1h to discuss your program and recommendations and additional topic focussed consultations I see would benefit you.
Pricings
Because every client's needs are different, pricing can vary depending on the type of service, level of support, and duration of commitment you choose. I prefer discussing pricing during our consultation call so I can better understand your goals and recommend the option that fits you best. This ensure you're paying for a service that's truly aligned with your needs, nothing more, nothing less.
