The goal isn't just to get stronger in the gym, but to move with more confidence and ease in everyday life.

Nutrition is approached with the same mindset. Rather than rigid rules or extreme restrictions, I focus on education, flexibility, and sustainable habits. Wether you're interested in resistance training, nutrition coaching, or both, we take the time to discuss your current goals, challenges, and any hurdles you're facing. This call is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about my services, and make sure we're the right fit to work together. There's no pressure, just a clear, honest starting point.
Resistance Training
Personalized for your body
Resistance training programs are built entirely around your individual starting point. During our assessment, we discuss any pain, movement limitations, training history, available equipment, and how much time you can realistically commit each week. Programs are never one-size-fits-all and are designed to evolve with you over time. Your personalized 6-week program is delivered through an app, complete with exercise demonstrations and technique guidance.
Nutrion Coaching
Guidance and Support
If we decide to work together, we explore your nutrition in more depth. We discuss current habits, food preferences, allergies, and any health challenges that improved nutrition may help support. From this, I create personalized dietary principles tailored specifically to you, along with additional educational resources on food habits, nutrient-dense foods, and recipes. You'll also have access to the app where you can journal meals, receive feedback, and explore curated recipe library chosen just for you.
