I didn't come into fitness chasing perfection, I came into it searching for balance, understanding, and a better relationship with my body.

Through my own experiences with movement, training, and nutrition, I learned that true health isn't about pushing harder at all costs, but about learning how to listen, adapt, and build resilience over time.

Today I am a certified personal trainer specialized in corrective exercises (mobility) and nutrition coach. I work with people who want to feel stronger, move better, and regain trust in their bodies, without feeling overwhelmed or restricted.
